We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the site's forms (name, email, optional message) to respond to your requests and manage the purchase of materials. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for contact forms; performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b) for the account, purchases and subscriptions. You can request access, rectification or portability of your data at any time by writing to the address above. To delete your account you don't even need to write to us: there's a dedicated button under Your account → Danger zone that deletes account, subscriptions, purchases and progress in one click.

Account, subscriptions and payments

If you create an account, we process your email and what you tell us at your first access: the name to show you, the language you want to study, your starting level and the confirmation that you are at least 14 (not your date of birth). We then process your preferences and exercise progress, in order to provide the service. Authentication and the database are handled by Supabase (data processor); your password is encrypted by Supabase and we never see it. Subscription and one-off purchase payments are handled by Stripe: card data never passes through or is stored on our servers, and billing details (address, VAT number or Italian tax code) are collected by Stripe only from those who pay. We keep purchase history for accounting and tax obligations.

AI Tutor

Messages you send to the AI Tutor are transmitted to Anthropic (data processor) to generate the reply and are not used to train models. We only log usage metadata (language, number of messages, tokens) to enforce plan limits and for aggregate statistics. Do not enter personal or sensitive data in the chat.

Usage statistics

We log technical browsing events (pages viewed, purchase-funnel actions) in first-party form, with no third-party tools and no advertising profiling. For people with an account, events are linked to the account (legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring and improving the service, Art. 6.1.f). Only if you accept statistics cookies on the banner, a visitor who hasn't registered yet is also assigned a random identifier (anon_id cookie, 12 months) to link the visit to any account created later (legal basis: consent, Art. 6.1.a, which you can withdraw at any time via “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page). Without consent, visits by unregistered people stay anonymous.

Cookie policy

The site uses technical cookies necessary for its operation, which do not require consent: the cookie banner choice (6 months), the login session, the selected study language and a note that you completed your first access. Only if you accept it on the banner do we also use the first-party statistics cookie anon_id described above. We do not use profiling cookies. Any third-party analytics or marketing tools will only be activated after your explicit consent, and never before you give it.
